School Messenger

Caroline County Public Schools is using a new notification system, SchoolMessenger. SchoolMessenger allows CCPS to provide timely communication to parents and staff members on matters such as district emergencies, general activities and attendance.  


Contact Manager

Parents and Staff can log in to the Contact Manager and have some control over how they want to be contacted for non-emergency messages, as well as emergency messages that go out during the school day. Up to four additional phone numbers can be added to Contact Manager in order to have calls go to daycare providers, emergency contacts, etc. Contact Manager also works as a mailbox, giving you a place to review messages you may have missed (for up to 30 days after the message is sent).

*Please note that you must use a phone number on file with Caroline County Public Schools in your student or employee record, but if you have Caller ID blocked on that phone you will not be able to complete the Contact Manager setup.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Parents and Employees can now opt in to receive text messages using Contact Manager. In Contact Manager look for the section for SMS and enter the phone number(s) at which you would like to receive text messages. Select the types of messages for which you want to receive texts (you will receive texts only if the message sender adds SMS as one of the ways to deliver the message). Caroline County Public Schools will not be responsible for any charges your cellular carrier may apply for receiving text messages.
